Reservations are accepted according to military status as follows:

1. Active Duty personnel at Seymour Johnson AFB may make reservations no more than 95 days prior to the date of arrival.
2. Active Duty Air Force personnel may make reservations no more than 90 days prior to the date of arrival.
3. All other active duty military, reservists, and national guard may make reservations no more than 85 days prior to the date of arrival.
4. All retired military may make reservations no more than 75 days prior to the date of arrival.
5. All other authorized patrons (DOD civilians) may make reservations no more than 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

Notes:

• Cancellations to any reservation must be made 15 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid charges.
• Reservations including Fridays or Saturdays must be made for a minimum of two nights
• Holiday weekends will not be reserved for less than three nights
• Reservations for single weekend nights can be made on the Thursday prior to the date of arrival.
• Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, reservations for stays of less than one week cannot be made until 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
• Reservations are made by room-type only
• Specific accommodations or sites are not guaranteed
• The reservations office will rearrange reservations to provide lodging to as many customers as possible.
• Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, each authorized sponsor is limited to:
  • Two cottages, River Marsh Landing suites, or rooms, or Fam Camp spaces for one week; or
  • One cottage, one River Marsh Landing suite, or room, or Fam Camp space for two weeks
  • No restrictions are placed on lodge rooms or tents
