Welcome to Fort Fisher Air Force Recreation Area!Our purpose here is two-fold. First, we are a recreation area, designed to provide a pleasant, relaxing get away for authorized Department of Defense personnel. Additionally, during non-summer months, we support official training in a partnership with the on-site North Carolina National Guard Training Center. Our staff prides itself on its friendly service and will do what they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please understand that due to the age of our facility, there is limited handicapped accessibility. When you arrive, please check your quarters and let us know as soon as possible of any discrepancies in your unit. We welcome your comments and input into our efforts on your behalf.
